Avantespacia announces 5 new developments in which it will invest €150 million

The developer Avantespacia has decided to purchase new land for a total of 5 projects in which it expects to invest a total of 150 million euros to build around 450 homes, as reported by Expansión.

These lands are located in Andalusia, the Canary Islands, the Valencian Community and Navarra.

Calanova, a development of 154 homes is one of the upcoming launches and is located in Mijas, in the province of Malaga. It is an exclusive residential complex with apartments and penthouses of 2 and 3 bedrooms. They have parking space and storage room and terraces. In addition, the first floors have a garden. This development offers all the amenities within reach. Swimming pool, spa with sauna and Turkish bath, golf simulator and green areas, as well as incredible views of one of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

In Estepona, also in Malaga, a 41-unit project will be carried out. In Las Palmas, another of 86 homes, and Berrioplano, next to Pamplona, 35 single-family homes, which we will discuss later. In addition, in Calpe, in the province of Alicante, three 14-storey buildings will be built to make up 120 apartments. This development is located between the streets Estonia and Avenida de Rumania. It is located in the surroundings of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park. It has common areas such as a swimming pool, gym and green areas.

Speaking of Berrioplano, this development consists of newly built villas just steps away from Pamplona. It offers single-family homes in Berrioplano, 7 kilometers from the capital. One of its charms is the prominence that nature can take in this project, without having to give up the proximity to the city center.

These are semi-detached villas that combine traditional architecture, but with a modern design and high efficient parameters that will provide energy savings. The villas will have 3 and 4 bedrooms with parking in the basement or above ground; terrace in the master bedroom and garden at the back.

Avantespacia has already launched three developments in Madrid. 109 homes in Avenida de Arcentales, 46 units in Vicálvaro, and 64 properties in Villaviciosa de Odón.

It is expected that soon we will be able to see more details of the new developments that will be carried out on the land that has been acquired, as for now we can only speak little about these projects.
